Regarding PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Range of Projects

Hi,

We had a situation where 'PRC: Generate Draft Invoices for a Range of Projects' (ran only for one project) took 10 mins to run. Generally it takes a second or two to run. When we have analyzed the request where it took 10 mins, observed that a custom program started running which creates Revenue and Cost budgets. Until that program is completed, PRC: Generate Draft Invoices program was in the running state.

Is any one aware that Revenue/Cost budget API's have an impact on PRC: Generate Draft Invoices program?
