Cannot Reserve a shared orchestration tool 9.2.4.1

Hi Experts,

I have a problem in Orchestrator Studio. I just created an orchestration and shared it using P98220U. I gave *PUBLIC security. Now I need to modify it, so I would like to reserve it using orchestrator Studio. Unfortunately, the button "reserve" is greyed out:
