2020 W4 JDE Federal Calculations are not Matching IRS Calculator

Hello all:

We have taken all the ESU's and Vertex updates needed for the new W4 but our calculations from the payroll we ran in JDE 9.2 is not matching the IRS Withholding calculator for employers.

Has anyone else had the same issue?  If so, how was it resolved?
