The document directs you to a download site which has the files in a tar.gz file. I expanded the tar file and there are 10 files & a read me. The readme lists each file and what they generally apply to. There are no instructions on what to do with the files.

Is it as simple as just move the files to the correct locations in the Oracle Home and restart the databases?

Is there a script that should have done this in the install that I can utilize?

We are experiencing a lot of PARSE ERRORS in our alert log which is what started this search.
