Error when running Menu.pl - cannot open hr_analyzer_cp.sql

I'm trying to run the menu script for the EBS Analyzers and just trying to list the installed analyzers I get the following error:

E-Business Suite Support Analyzers Main Menu (bundle ver: 200.85)
