After SLA modification for AP liability account receive error'Encumbrance accounting failed"

I have followed all steps to create a custom ADR for liability account derivation based on supplier type. when testing the rule, I am getting Encumbrance accounting failed error upon invoice validation. Attaching file with the relevant steps. Kindly advise
