PUM 33 - New dashboard header under Time tile and actionable tiles

We are in the process of user testing in PUM 33.

We have users that are time reporters that punch and use absences.

We also have users that are NOT time reporters but ONLY use absences under the Time tile.

With this new dashboard the job title or grey area only fills in if they ARE time reporters because the view behind it checks for time reporter enrollment.

So it is blank if they are not time reporters. (highlighted in the pic attached)

Has anyone else run into this and how did you solve the issue??

Also the actionable tile for Report Time looks terrible too.  Before they could just click Report time and it would say you are not active time reporter.
