in Inventory Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Here is the Scenario.  Customers do not allow for backorders.  If an order is shipped short, the unfulfilled qty. is to be backordered/cancelled.  WMS is enabled.  EBS 12.1.3.

If I have not transacted the move order, the open lines would get backorder and the unfulfilled qty. would get canceled/closed off of the Order.

If the material got picked and placed into Staging, the LPN would need to be unassigned from the delivery.  However, if the delivery was shipped and "Unassigned Quantities" is set to Backorder, nothing changes to the LPN in terms of the reservation.  Desired functionality is that the unassigned LPN(s) would be backordered and the SO Lines would be closed/cancelled.
