Siebel Inbound and Outbound web service using both HTTP and HTTPS

Hi,

We want to know that can both 'HTTP' and 'HTTPS' based inbound and outbound web service should work from Siebel?

In our system HTTP based inbound and outbound web services are working fine. We have make the change as per the attached oracle document. But we can see HTTP web services are working fine. but HTTPS web services are throwing error.

We also want to know how to implement both HTTPS and HTTP based web service in siebel.
