opatchauto -analyze issue

Hi

I'm trying to analyze  July 2019 GI PSU  . When I ran the  command got the following error . Why did this step failed on the database  .

Similar on the other node when analyzed , the see the same message on different database.Does it impact the patch application while using opatchauto

./opatchauto apply /oracle/app/software/July2019PSU/29698592 -analyze 

Following step failed during analysis:

/bin/sh -c 'cd /oracle/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/dbhome_1; ORACLE_HOME=/oracle/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/dbhome_1 ORACLE_SID=dbest2 /oracle/app/oracle/product/12.1.0.2/dbhome_1/OPatch/datapatch -prereq -verbose'
