UBE R01412A Giving Wrong Totals in column

We are using UBE R01412A the UBE is behaving good when running for specific AID if it is run wide open one specific column is not giving the round value of 1000 see below figures for more details.

Since this is a standard object I am surprised way to trouble shoot this is financial report we also verified the data which is accurate and good.
