Item Cost Updation

Dear Team,

Please guide us to understand the process on how Item cost is entered for newly created items or to update of cost for existing items.Kindly note Costing Method & Rate Type defined in inventory Organization parameters are Average & Avg Rate.This activity we need to perform for Engineering Items.

Kindly share Steps or Document for the same to understand the process flow.
