Chartfield Inheritance not working for EX Cash Advance 9.2 PUM33

Chartfield Inheritance is not working for Cash Advance EXAccrual

We are on 9.2 PUM 33 PT 8.56.12

We just converted a new institution into our system and discovered that they had outstanding Cash Advances in the GL from their legacy system. Those cash advances now need to be set up in the system for application to expense reports. The EXA Accounting Entries for the Expenses Accrual (EXACCRUAL) set are not inheriting the correct values of Account and other ChartFields, therefore, making bookings in General Ledger to the incomplete set of values. The values are blank with the exception of the account.

1. Activate Manual Payment Cash Advance Source (check only adjustment advance) Account defined all other chartfield remain blank (see attached)
