EBS Support Analyzers are designed by Oracle Support to proactively assist with diagnosing issues and maintaining Oracle Application environments.

The E-Business Suite Integrated SOA Gateway (ISG) Setup Analyzer was developed with the following benefits:

Benefits:

    Immediate analysis and output of EBS Integrated SOA Gateway data from a particular environment

    Identifies [Product] system setup and configurations

    Provides recommended actions and best practices

    Runs as a standalone or Concurrent Request

Support Analyzers provide detailed analysis of various product areas like System Administration, Workflow, Integrated SOA Gateway, Manufacturing, Financials, HCM, etc.. Each analyzer is a PL/SQL package or java program that can be run from command line or SQL*Plus and may also be run as a concurrent program.  When installed as a concurrent program, users with the proper Responsibility can run and view the analyzer html reports from Concurrent Manager, without needing the APPS password.
