PeopleSoft 9.2 Expense Reports Prepay Auditor Privilege Templates, is anyone using these templates ?

PeopleSoft 9.2 Expense Reports Prepay Auditor Privilege Templates, is anyone using these templates and does Prepay Auditor have the ability to split a receipt for example:  take a transaction row that has a transaction total amount of $100.00  and split it into 2 separate expense types $50.00 to employee meals and $50.00 to Alcohol? Is this allowable for Direct Deposit Transactions? Pcard/Charge card transactions?
