Tracing if attachment was sent successfully in Siebel Outbound to SMTP
Greetings!!
We have a case when Siebel sends outbound email messages that has attachments in it.
However the attachments are not being received by the customer. They are receiving only the email body with no attachments in it.
Can you please help as to which Siebel component log or message txt we should be verifying, In order to ensure if Siebel Outbound email indeed had the attachment or not.
We are using SMTP to send the message.
We have tried checking in Comm Outbound log but were not able to identify.
