Is there a view only html page for the customer dashboard?

We use EBS version 12.2.7

In the responsibility Oracle Customer Online User or oracle Customer Online Superuser responsibility there is a dashboard page which we can search for customer info and update the contact what not.

My question is, is there a view only version for this dashboard? How can we make this dashboard view only? Gurus, please advise. Thank you.
