Fluid Manager Alerts Solution?

I’m looking for suggestions on how to
recreate the alerts pagelet from the Classic manager dashboard using the Notification
flag or another Fluid solution. We’ve moved our self-service users to mostly Fluid
pages and currently have a custom Fluid tile that displays the alert information
visible through the Alerts pagelet.

The limitation we’ve found with using
PSQuery Alerts is that information is sent each time the process is run, or all
notifications paused if the notification interval is set and in effect. What we
would like to see is the ability to set notification intervals for transaction
