12.2.7 Implementing positions after having Oracle HRMS for many years.
Does anyone have experience on how to handle adding positions in HR after using Oracle HR for years? Due to how our business operates and not being able to tie Purchasing Approval Groups at the individual employee level, I'm being asked to investigate the level of effort to implement Positions. I know we will have to move things like grades and salaries to tie to positions instead of jobs and update Compensation Workbench, but I'm unsure of what other areas might be affected. Any experience or guidance would be appreciated.
