Pre-Qualification and Evaluation RFI

Hello All,

We register new supplier and send a registration invitation to supplier.  They respond back with all information however they couldnt view the pre-qualification questionnaire on their response which misses key details.

uploaded screen shot, let me know am i missing any setups?
