Need Benefits of running Siebel19 on Oracle 12c Vs Oracle 19c

We are planning to upgrade Oracle database hosting Siebel 19. Need some recommendation/feedback on choosing the right database version to migrate. Would like to know the benefits of running Siebel IP2019 on Oracle 12c Vs Oracle 19c. Are there any features in Oracle 19c that would complement Siebel?

Appreciate if anyone can share details on this.
