Unable to Add item in Repair Actuals

Hello,

Facing an issue where iam unable to add an item in Repair Actula using a pricelist where ALL Item selection is used.  same item using same pricelist can be added in OM with no issues. Item used is a service enabled item with billing category set as Labor.

Attached screenshot with more details.

Any insight on the issue is really appreciated.
