Unable to add item in Repair Actuals

Hello ,

Encountering an issue where iam unable to add item in Repair Actuals using pricelist where ALL item criteria is used. Same item using same ALL item pricelist can be added with no issues in OM.

Item used is a service enable item with billing category set as Labor.

Attached screenshot with details on the pricelist and error message gettting in repair actuals and no issue in adding in OM.

Any insight on the above is really appreciated.
