What is procedure to upgrade from apex 5.1.3.00.05 to latest version after DB upgrade from 11g (11.2

Hi,

We have recently performed below activities

1. Our DB upgrade from 11.2.0.4 to 19.3.0.0

2. Now upgraded DB is running in multi-tenant architecture (i.e. CDB and PDB setup)

3. Apex was running with version 1.5 in our previous 11g version

     and its in same version running in PDB.

Hence now would like to know the procedure to upgrade our Apex from 5.1.3.00.05 to  latest.
