.rtf files taking space in db

Hi All,

On db health check, it's found that there are bulk of .rtf files (e.g. XLAPEXRPT_10648559_1.RTF) found and may affect the performance. Please guide if we may delete .rtf files to rectify the space issue? And if it's not safe to remove .rtf files then what should be the steps to rectify the issue?
