How do I go about setting up the TCA Geography Hierarchy in 11.5.10.2

Hi,

I have a specific requirement where I want to enable the 'State' field for Country 'China'. Presently, China does not have 'State' as a valid geography hierarchy and Customer would like to know if the State field can be enabled. As I checked through the menus of TCA, i can't find "Geography Hierarchy" Form Function in the Menu.

The Customer is in 11.5.10.2 release. My question is, Is it possible to customize/extend the TCA Geography Hierarchy Setup for any particular Country in the Oracle 11.5.10.2 vers., Please help if it is possible otherwise.
