Terminated Retropay Enhanced Process cannot be rolled back

The Retropay Enhanced process in our production environment was terminated with 5700+ assignments awaiting processing but none completed. We cannot see the process in GB Rollback in order to roll it back and restart. Has anyone come across this issue before? How did you resolve?
