How to configure Active-Failover High Availability in an ODA X8-2-HA ?

Hi Experts,

How to configure High Availability with an ODA X8-2-HA appliance without DB RAC/RAC One Node. Is it possible to configure HA without OS level clustering ? Does ODA Appliance software have any capability to configure HA ?
