Siebel Task Physical Memory

Hello all,

i have observed the Siebel process consuming more physical memory. As per PID How to i know which task is consuming more CPU and what could be the reason for consuming more cpu.

I observed that WfProcMgr and WfProcBatchMgr and some OM's are cosuming more CPU.
