Grace Period Usage on service contracts

in Lease and Finance Management - EBS (MOSC) Question

Hi Team,

Can you please let us how we can leverage the functionality 'Grace Period' available on service contracts renewals tab.

I could see the status is still expired even though if we add grace duration on to the contract and it is not showing up in entitled contracts while creating service request.

Please share your inputs on this.
