Siebel Upgarde Steps

Hello Experts,

I'm doing a Siebel upgrade from IP 13 (8.1.1.11.16) to IP 17 with the latest patchset 20.2, the approach we choose is the upgrade approach, which is new application side installation and upgrades the existing database of the IP 13 to IP 17, and I did the following,

1- Install the Siebel Application Interface and apply the latest patch

2- Install the Siebel Gateway and apply the latest patch

3- Install the Siebel Server and Database Configuration Utilities and apply the latest patch.

4- Without running any configuration for the Application Interface, Gateway or Siebel Server, I started the Database Server Configuration and choose "Upgrade Database" from the Siebel Database Operation options list
