R1213: EBTax: Tax Rules for other than Country(UK)

Hi Guru's,

Please guide us as we have a requirement for auto tax rule for a transaction which is not in UK Country,

i have defined the Determination and condition set like Geography -bill to - Country - Not Equals to = GB, which i have assign the same at Determine Tax Applicability but it is not working while i creating Invoice.

Hope i have missed some thing which i need your help to overcome, please guide me that the Determination sets and Condition Sets are Okay and which determination applicability to attach them to work at Tax rule form ?
