CPU_COUNT ADVISOR?

Hi everyone!

In my work we have an exadata with 756gb of RAM and 72 processors.

In it we have raised about 100 instances in rac 12.1.

Each instance has the CPU_COUNT parameter set to 1 or 2. (originally it was 0 and we had problems restarting one of the nodes due to resource exhaustion)

The question is: is there a CPU_COUNT advisor or how can I calculate what would be the optimal value of said parameter for each instance?
