Email alerts for trxns errored out in Pending ResourceTransaction

Hello,

Want to know if there are  any standard functionality available to send alerts to users when  transaction have errored out, here we are focusing on Pending Resource Transaction form.

or any alternate solution to achieve . We are in R12.2.8.

Attached errored transaction in Pending transaction form.

Any pointers or guidance is really appreciated.
