Can Ido an annual close for HA Ledger type.

is there any issues if I use the LT as "HA: and do an annual close for HA Ledger Types. will this create any issues, I do an Annual close for PA ledger type during the PRR process ( purge/rebuild, repost and then an annual close. Can I do an annual close for HA ledger type. please advise.
