Work flow of Project related Requisition

HI All,

When User is creating Requisition through i Procurement and giving Projects in the related fields it is going to Approvals differently.

My query is  how the Work Flow Approval Hierarchy works? Whether based on Employee Hierarchy OR Project Manager provided in the Key Members of Projects Or Custom Work Flow defined?

If we want to provide any Requisition related any Project, then how to define Work Flow such a way that it will go only to that Project Manager?
