The Demand Scheduling preferences are missing. Preference Types 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37,

The Demand Scheduling preferences are missing.

Preference Types 27, 28, 31, 32, 33, 34, 35, 36, 37, 38, 39 are not present so we can't configure Demand Scheduling properly.

Is there a reason they would be missing?  We are on applications 9.2.

Are there instructions for how to set up these preferences?  I could only find that for Round to Standard Pack but none of the others.
