Adding a link into OAFooter (personlisation/OAF)

Hi,

Does anyone have experience of adding a link into the OAFooter ( the section seen on most OA screens). We basically want an extra one similar to the privacy link that already exists on the page.

Seems I can get in and add a link but cannot see it after completing the personalisation. Even worse it errors the login when I try to hide it.

The only way is to set the profile to turn off  all personlisations then via functional administrator disable the personalisation.

Any hints or tips appreciated.
