Changes Reflected in RPAS until 2 after days

We have a problem with AIP Batch

This is the scenary

When we do a change of an activate date (Example 17/03/2020) of item-location this happend:

1- Job: Cron_Export. Generate dm0_onpeffdt_.dat file, this file is created taking information of admaip.on_supply_off_supply table (The table have some value (24/04/2020) in ON_SUPPLY_DATE column)

2- Job: Load_Rms_Dm_Data. Load dm0_onpeffdt_.dat file in RPAS (file with value 24/04/2020)

3- Job: Cron_Import_DM. Update on_supply_off_supply table (The table take 17/03/2020 value in ON_SUPPLY_DATE column)

If we have some change, is reflected in RPAS until the second day
