oracle login general preferences page

Hi All,

I want to check  'Oracle Home Page' --> 'Preferences' --> 'General Preferences' --> 'Notifications' --> value of 'Email Style' for a particular user in Oracle EBS. I don't have login credentials of the user.

How can I check it from table? What is the table name for this page. Find attached screenshot for this.
