I'm trying  to use OEM 13.3 (unpatched) to patch an oracle dtaabase home (12.2.0.0.0) through a 13.3 agent running with RedHat zLinux and I get:

"Database patching is not supported via convention patch plan based methodology from 12.2.0.0.0.  Alternately, Fleet Management is recommended to be used."

These are on premise dbs.

I can download this patch manually so I know I'm entitled to it but I'd like to apply it through a plan for all the benefits it brings.
