Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Approval workflow issue

In the approval history, workflow is looking as below-

At the header level, it shows approved, but in the grid at line level status is pending.

Please check what's the issue.
