ORA-01261: Parameter db_recovery_file_dest destination in 12c RAC

Hi all,

Good day

We have 12c RAC . One after the  database is not coming up and giving the below error .

I tried to start with srvctl but it failed , so tried to start like the below ..

while starting

SQL> startup

ORA-01261: Parameter db_recovery_file_dest destination string cannot be translated

ORA-01262: Stat failed on a file destination directory

Linux-x86_64 Error: 2: No such file or directory

Any thoughts
