Attention: To align with new corporate security policies, and to match policies adopted by other communities within Oracle, the My Oracle Support Community access requirements will change beginning September 18, 2025. Drop down on a custom application appears disabledam,

Team,

We are having an issue wherein a drop down on a custom application appears disabled.

The developer has created a new DD item to get these values and the newly created DD item is attached to UDC.

This is working correctly in PY but causing issue in UA. Also it works fine in UA fat client but only issue when tried in the web.

Following are the tried things from my side.

1) Clearing the UDC and other cache .

2) Clearing spec files on the server followed by complete restart of services.

3) Clearing the related records of the custom application from the serialized tables.
