How to restrict view requests of another user in R12.2.7

Hi ,

We have an issue were when a user is searching for his ran requests with Name specifically for a number of days he is able to retrieve all the requests ran by that concurrent program name, later found the requests ran were completed by him, also others from a different region. We have a control based on responsibility level so he shouldn't have seen that but is able to. Please suggest.
