Options to track finances related to specific non PCG projects
With current COVID19 related activities going on, we have been asked if there is a way to classify specific lines, purchases, expenses, etc so we can track the transactions associated. We expect other or future projects may be done the same way. For example, our PeopleSoft upgrade would have been nice to have a way to classify everything in one project or class etc. We currently use Projects Contracts and Grants, and Project Costing, with control budgets. We would want controls but tracking only for this classification. What are your suggestions?
