Triggering EPBCS Business Rules from on-prem FDMEE before loading data

Hi All..

I am thinking about triggering some Business Rules built in EPBCS before loading the data through On-Prem FDMEE.

Basically objective it to clear the POV before loading the data.

Note that EPBCS application is registered in on-prem FDMEE and there is no as such option available to set the Business Rules post or pre load in Target Application settings... has anyone came across such requirement , how we can achieve it .. ?
