Full and Incremental Load scheduling frequency

Hello Yunus & Experts

1. Would like to know recommended frequency for full load and incremental load.

2. Also say if incremental load is scheduled to run every 30 mins everyday, and if full load is scheduled on Sunday for example then will there be any conflict b/w full load and incremental load programs.
