Post production availability

Hello

We have items we produce that require a 2-5 day post production hold and send the items out for declumping, drying ect…  I have done some research on the outside operation process and im not sure if this setup will work for us.  I'm not sure if this process is exactly what we are looking for because we don't use it today and i'm just not familiar with this process.  I am wanting to know if the system has a setup for an item (in Item branch for example) where we can do a WO completion on that item and
