19c srvctl status service

After upgrading databases to Oracle 19c from 12c on Exadata, the output of the command 'srvctl status service -d $ORADBUNQNAME' does not show the instances the services are running from. Is there a way to see the instances the services are running from without having to specify each service?

For 12c databases, the output is:

> srvctl status service -d EUETLCVD

Service EUETLCVD_APP.exelonds.com is running on instance(s) euetlcvd1,euetlcvd2

Service EUETLCVD_BACKUP.EXELONDS.COM is running on instance(s) euetlcvd2

For 19c databases, the output is:

> srvctl status service -d EUETLCVT

Service euetlcvt_app.exelonds.com is running on instance(s)
